For over 20 years, we’ve been hand roasting nuts in Dorset using quality ingredients, bold seasonings, and time-tested recipes. The one glorious outlier? Our world-famous Chilli Puffs. Not particularly Mediterranean, admittedly, but damn, they are good. Light, crunchy, spicy, and dangerously moreish, they’ve earned cult status for very good reason.
