Shipping & Delivery

We think the only disappointing thing about ordering online is paying for delivery. The upside? You don't have to carry home jars of olives, bottles of olive oil or bags of provisions.

UK Mainland Delivery

• Orders under £50 – £4.95 delivery
• Orders over £50 – Free delivery (our favourite kind)

All mainland UK orders are currently delivered by FedEx.

Highlands, Islands & Overseas

Our standard delivery rates apply to Mainland UK only.

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or overseas destinations, please get in touch before ordering. Delivery charges vary depending on destination and parcel weight.

We're happy to ship around the world, although international delivery costs will naturally be a little higher.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Sending gifts to more than one address? No problem.

Each delivery address is treated as a separate order, so delivery charges apply individually unless the order to that address totals more than £50, in which case delivery is free.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

During particularly busy periods this may take a little longer. If we're unable to dispatch your order within 72 hours, we'll contact you to explain the situation and discuss the best option. If we can't agree a suitable alternative, we'll happily issue a full refund.

Deliveries

We do not currently make deliveries at weekends.

If there is any delay to your order, we'll keep you informed by email.

Our courier may require a signature on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel where possible.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally a product may sell out before we've had a chance to update the website.

If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible. You can choose to:

• Wait until the item is back in stock and we can complete your order, or
• Cancel the affected item or your order for a full refund.
