Pesto alla Genovese is made with Basil, Pine Nuts, Parmesan cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it's the real deal.
Spaghetti Mezzanotte (meaning midnight spaghetti) is fiery and full of savoury depth. It's honestly the most delicious thing.
Pesto di Pomodoro is absolutely rammed full of sun ripened tomato flavour, great as it is or as a base for any ragu, forget tomato paste.
Pesto alla Calabrese. Sweet red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, ricotta, EVOO and a gentle chilli warmth combine to create a bold Calabrian classic.
Salsa di Porcini. This luxurious sauce blends porcini mushrooms with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic for a deeply savoury, unctuous finish.
Salsa di Noci. Walnuts, Parmesan and EVOO come together to form a wonderfully smooth, savoury sauce with real depth and balance.
