Returns & Refunds
We'd much rather have a conversation than hide behind pages of small print.
If something isn't quite right with your order, simply get in touch. Whether something has arrived damaged, isn't what you expected, or there's another problem entirely, we'll always do our best to put it right.
You can call us on 01258 474300 between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, or contact us online. We'd much rather solve a problem than quote policy.
Changed Your Mind?
If you've simply changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order any time before it's dispatched, or within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To cancel your order, just email us or contact us with your order details.
Once we've received the returned goods (or proof that they've been sent back), we'll process your refund, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days.
Returning Your Order
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or we've made a mistake, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Please ensure they're returned unused, in their original condition and packaged securely, as you're responsible for the goods until they reach us.
If you'd prefer us to arrange collection, we're happy to help, although the cost of the courier will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or we've sent the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible.
We'll arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
