Headed up by Hannah with Olena, Maddie, Ella and others, we make, bake, and prepare a host of fresh dishes every day ranging from fresh bread (handmade, proved and baked using Cedric, our very old and well fed sourdough starter) to some seriously super salads, cakes, sandwiches, tarts and traybakes all with our particular Mediterranean twist.
