Hand-Roasted at Our Dorset Nuthouse

For more than 20 years we've been hand-roasting nuts in our custom-built hot air kiln at our dedicated Nuthouse in Dorset. Every batch is gently roasted using hot air, then tumbled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our signature herbs, spices and seasonings. We never use seed oils, allowing the natural flavour and crunch of every nut to shine through.

Roasted Differently. Tasting Better.

Unlike many commercially roasted nuts, ours are never fried in seed oils. Instead, we roast each batch in our bespoke hot air kiln before coating them with extra virgin olive oil and carefully balanced seasonings. The result is exceptional crunch, bold flavour and a roasting process we've been perfecting for over two decades.

Kiln roasting means gently roasting nuts using carefully controlled hot air rather than frying them in oil. At our Dorset Nuthouse, we use a custom-built hot air kiln and a roasting process we've perfected over more than 20 years. Because every type of nut roasts differently, each one is added to the kiln at exactly the right moment—almonds need a little time than cashews, peanuts roast differently again—so that every nut in the batch reaches the perfect colour, crunch and flavour at the same time. Once roasted, they're tumbled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our signature herbs and spices, never seed oils.
