What Am I?
Clear & White - 10 Travasi White Balsamic Vinegar
Grown and made in Modena, Italy and bottled by us in the UK.
Made using only white Trebbiano grapes, this condimento has a quite sensational complex flavour.
The sweet and sour amber condiment is obtained from white grape must, aged in oak barrels. This superb white balsamic has been through 10 'travasi', the process by which, every year the vinegar is moved from one barrel to the next, each time becoming richer, deeper and more complex in character. Perfect for salads and works amazingly well with fruit, chicken and fish.
