Fine Old - 6 Travasi Balsamic Vinegar
Grown and made in Modena, Italy and bottled by us in the UK.
This superb Balsamic vinegar has been through 6 'travasi' the process by which every year the vinegar is moved from one barrel to the next, each time becoming richer, deeper and more complex in character. It is not as thick and syrupy as the 15 'travasi' but has amazing character and is more suitable for everyday use.
