A lively mix of green and Kalamata olives, fully matured, naturally fermented, and steeped in a bright fennel and orange-infused brine. It’s a combination that shouldn’t work — but absolutely does. Fresh citrus zing meets gentle aniseed warmth, lifting the rich, savoury olives into something altogether more refreshing.
Unpasteurised to keep all that natural character intact, these olives are clean, vibrant, and dangerously easy to eat. Sweet, sharp, and just a little bit herbal — they’re made for sunny moments (real or imagined).
