What Am I?
Egyptian Spiced Dukkah
Toasty. Aromatic. Completely Addictive.
An aromatic rub of toasted nuts, seeds and spices, this little jar might just be the best thing we've ever made. Bold claim? Maybe. But dip warm bread into good extra virgin olive oil, then into Dukkah, and you’ll see what we mean.
Inspired by the street stalls and spice markets of Egypt, it’s crunchy, earthy, deeply savoury, and endlessly versatile — the kind of thing that ends up on just about everything once it’s in the kitchen.
What to do with it? Pretty much anything:
Dip bread in olive oil, then Dukkah (yes, again – it’s that good)
Scatter over just roasted veg or chicken before serving
Stir into rice or couscous for an instant upgrade
Crust meat, fish or halloumi before pan-frying
Sprinkle on salads, eggs, or soups for a toasted kick
Proper Ingredients. Big Flavour. Nothing Artificial.
Roasted almonds and hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander & cumin
A gentle hit of warming spice
Vegan, gluten free, and naturally moreish
Egypt in a jar – sandy
Versatile. Scatterable. Possibly life-changing.

Chef's Perspective
From our resident Chef, Brett Sutton of famed gastropub The White Post

"Bread dipped into oil then Dukkah is just perfect, but we also love using it on an open tart of tomatoes, sprinkling it on at the end for texture and aroma.
"Stirred through yoghurt then spread onto a simple homemade flatbread with baby gems and a lamb kofta is simple and very tasty.
"Bring your Sunday roast potatoes to life with a decent pinch of Dukkah sprinkled with about ten minutes to go, or make a posh bubble & squeak or cauliflower cheese gratinated with Dukkah for a bit of a punch.
"Beetroot falafels with Dukkah yoghurt, Lemon BBQ courgettes with asparagus brushed with olive oil and Dukkah, and a nicely fried hen, duck or even pheasant egg topped with a crust of Dukkah are all great uses for this versatile product."
