This extra virgin olive oil we use to make this comes from the Naturvie single estate in Extremadura, infused with the unmistakable aroma of white truffle — deep, musky, and unapologetically luxurious.
Carefully crafted by us, the oil carries the clean, peppery character of high-quality single estate olive oil, lifted with an intensely aromatic truffle note. Just a few drops are enough to transform a dish entirely.
