Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil belongs beside the hob as much as on the table. Our House oil comes from olives grown on a single estate in Extremadura, Spain. Smooth and balanced, it is an oil to cook with every day and to pour over a plate of tomatoes when they need very little else.

For a change of pace, there are oils infused with Lemon, Basil and Aleppo chilli, as well as White Truffle Oil. A little can bring a citrus lift to grilled fish, the scent of basil to warm vegetables or a gentle heat to supper.
