Olives Et Al began in 1993, following a year-long journey through the Mediterranean by founders Giles and Annie Henschel. Travelling through its markets, kitchens and olive groves, they returned to Dorset with a notebook full of recipes, a head full of ideas and a determination to recreate the olives and flavours they had discovered along the way. What began around their kitchen table has grown into Olives Et Al today. Still independently spirited, still based in Dorset, and still inspired by good food, good ingredients and the places that started it all.
