Our Aleppo Olives bring together two of the Middle East's most treasured flavours. Firm green olives are gently marinated in beautiful Extra Virgin Olive Oil, infused with fruity Aleppo chilli and the bright, tangy lift of sumac. Warm rather than fiery, fresh rather than heavy.
