Pitted green olives left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fruity Aleppo chilli and bright sumac. Warm, citrusy and deeply savoury.

Naturally fermented green olives, pitted and then left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Aleppo chilli and sumac.

Aleppo chilli brings a gentle, fruity warmth rather than fierce heat, while sumac adds a bright citrus tang. Serve them with grilled lamb, roasted vegetables or soft cheese, or simply put the jar on the table with good bread.

The infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is every bit as useful as the olives. Pour it into a shallow dish for dipping, spoon it over ripe tomatoes or use it in dressings and marinades.
