Introducing Barbary Olives — a lively mix of pitted green and Kalamata olives swimming in beautiful Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with warming harissa and bright citrus. Bold enough to wake up an aperitif, balanced enough to keep reaching back into the jar.
We start with carefully selected pitted olives for effortless eating and chopping, then let them rest in 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon and a gentle touch of harissa. The result is rounded, fragrant and deeply moreish; rich olive flavour lifted by citrus and a slow-building warmth.
The olives are only half the pleasure. Once the last olive has gone, the oil is ready for a second life. Pour into a shallow dish, add a splash of balsamic or red wine vinegar and serve with good bread. Or use it as a marinade — spatchcock a chicken, rub generously with the oil, lemon and sea salt, then barbecue until smoky and crisp. The taste of summer, with very little effort.
