Whole green olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with basil and garlic.

Crisp green olives, naturally fermented and then left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with plenty of basil and garlic. Fresh, fragrant and inspired by the simple flavours of Provence.

Serve them alongside roast chicken, grilled vegetables or a ripe tomato salad. They are equally at home in a generous bowl with drinks and warm bread nearby.

Once the olives are gone, keep the basil and garlic infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Spoon it over tomatoes, toss it through pasta or use it to dress warm new potatoes.
