Whole green olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon, coriander and garlic.

Crisp green olives, naturally fermented and then left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon, coriander and garlic. Fresh, fragrant and full of bright citrus flavour.

We found the inspiration for these olives in Andalucía, on a warm and dusty evening with something cool to drink. They remain our version of that particular combination of sunshine, citrus and good company.

Serve them alongside grilled fish, roast chicken, soft goat’s cheese or a simple tomato salad. Once the olives are gone, use the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for marinades, salad dressings or warm bread.
