Pitted green and Kalamata olives in a light brine infused with Herbes de Provence. Naturally fermented, deeply savoury and ready for the table.

A generous mixture of pitted green and Kalamata olives, naturally fermented and packed in a light brine infused with Herbes de Provence. The green olives bring a fresh, firm bite, while the Kalamata are softer, darker and richly savoury.

Cold brining preserves the individual character of the olives and allows the Mediterranean herbs to settle gently into them. They are unpasteurised and conveniently pitted, ready to tumble into whatever happens to be cooking.

Add them to salads, pasta sauces and trays of roasted vegetables, or serve them alongside cheese, cured meats and warm bread. A useful jar to keep open in the fridge for those moments when supper needs an olive or two.
