Firm green olives, naturally fermented before being carefully pitted and packed in a light brine infused with Herbes de Provence. Fresh and savoury, with a gentle fragrance of Mediterranean herbs.

Cold brining preserves their natural crunch and clean olive flavour. They are unpasteurised and conveniently pitted, making them particularly useful when you want good olives without slowing down to remove the stones.

Add them to salads, pasta and trays of roasting vegetables, or chop them with lemon, parsley and a little garlic for spooning over grilled fish or chicken. They are just as welcome in a bowl with drinks and a piece of warm bread.
