Marcona Almonds, Kiln Roasted and Lightly Salted.
Marcona almonds are a sweet, buttery variety of almonds prized for their unique flavour and texture, often called the "Queen of almonds".
They are indigenous to Spain, plumper and rounder than standard almonds, with a softer, smoother crunch. Kiln Roasted and tumbled simply with sea salt. A must for a tapas and charcuterie boards.
Kiln roasted in Dorset and simply salted, they make a very civilised addition to a grazing board and perfect with something cold and crisp. The choice of the gourmand.
