The Essence of Greek Grilling.

Our Souvlaki blend contains all of the herbs and spices you need for delicious kebabs. 

Sprinkle liberally over cubes of pork, chicken or lamb, drizzle with a little lemon olive oil and marinade for an hour or so.  Sprinkle with salt while grilling,

Meaning 'little skewer' in Greek. Cubes of (usually) pork or chicken are marinated & threaded onto skewers before being expertly grilled over charcoal.

Our Souvlaki Blend is as versatile as it is delicious. Equally at home with vegetables and fish as it is with meat. A drizzle of lemon oil and a sprinkle of Souvlaki blend and you have yourself the perfect marinade.
