"Great with a punchy cheddar in a simple cheese toastie, or stirred through yoghurt for a sweet fiery dip, and great with cold meats on Boxing Day.
"Marinate some chicken fillets in some Chilli Billy and buttermilk, then roll in flour and shallow fry until crispy for Korean-style chicken tenders.
"Fried halloumi is very on-trend, made even better with Chilli Billy melted in the pan with the halloumi to caramelise."
