The olives are rich and savoury, with just enough chilli to bring a gentle warmth.

Made to refill your Le Parfait jar, or simply for those occasions when one small jar will not quite do. Spoon them into a bowl for drinks, add them to a grazing table or serve alongside cheese, cured meats and good bread.

Once the olives are gone, keep the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dressings, marinades or warm bread.
