Whole green and Kalamata olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with garlic, chilli and black pepper.

Naturally fermented olives, left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with garlic, chilli, paprika and black pepper. Gently warming rather than fiercely hot, with a deep savoury flavour that has made them one of our most enduring recipes.

We were given the original recipe by Gaetano Amato after arriving in Monterosso Almo, Sicily. His hospitality knew no bounds and these olives remain a small reminder of his generosity.

Place the jar straight on the table with good bread, cheese or something cool to drink. Once the olives are gone, keep the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for roasting vegetables, marinades or dipping.
