Pitted green and Kalamata olives in a light brine infused with cumin, chilli and mint. Naturally fermented, warmly spiced and deeply savoury.

A generous mixture of pitted green and Kalamata olives, naturally fermented and packed in a light brine infused with cumin, chilli and mint. The cumin brings earthy warmth, the chilli a gentle heat and the mint a fresh, clean finish.

Cold brining preserves the firm bite of the green olives and the softer, richer character of the Kalamata. They are unpasteurised and conveniently pitted, ready to eat straight from the jar or add to whatever is cooking.

Serve them with roast lamb, grilled aubergines or a bowl of couscous, or put them on the table with feta, flatbread and something good to drink. Their warm spice is particularly welcome alongside smoky or charred food.
