A devilishly good chilli and ginger dressing made with 100% extra virgin olive oil—bold, fresh, and built for flavour.
Originally created as the perfect pairing for Thai crab cakes, this versatile dressing brings together warming ginger and balanced chilli heat, with the richness of real olive oil at its core. Made in the UK in small batches by us, it’s designed to deliver depth and character in every pour.
Unlike most dressings, we don’t use refined seed oils. Just extra virgin olive oil and carefully selected ingredients, blended to create a sauce that works across the kitchen.
