A generous bag of sweet heat for parties, gatherings and very full nut bowls.
Peanuts, almonds and cashews are added to our hot air kiln in Dorset at carefully staggered times, allowing each nut to roast just as it should. We then tumble them with honey, chipotle chilli and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sweet at first, followed by a gentle smoky warmth.
The 1.5kg bag is made for sharing generously or keeping a favourite jar well supplied.
