A generous pouch of whole Kalamata olives, naturally fermented and then left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with cumin, coriander and cardamom.

Dark and glossy, with a gentle warmth and a deep aromatic character.

We first encountered this combination in Maskanah, east of Aleppo. The spices settle quietly into the olives, bringing warmth without overwhelming their naturally rich flavour.

Serve them with mature cheese and a glass of red wine, alongside slow cooked lamb or as part of a generous grazing table. Once the olives are gone, keep the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dressings, marinades or warm bread.

Made to refill your Moorish Cumin & Coriander Le Parfait jar, or simply for occasions when a smaller jar will not quite do.
