A proper Dijon dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, wine vinegar, garlic and Herbes de Provence. The mustard brings gentle warmth, the vinegar a clean sharpness and the herbs a familiar Mediterranean fragrance.
Pour generously over crisp leaves, warm potatoes and roast vegetables, or use it as a marinade for chicken, lamb and pork. The 1 litre bottle is made for frequent salad makers, parties and busy kitchens.
