Our Superior Olive Brine is cold filtered from Greek green olives, capturing all that wonderfully salty, savoury olive flavour in a bottle. Add a splash to a Martini for a beautifully dirty finish, shake into a Bloody Mary, or use it anywhere you want a little more briny depth.
Try it in a salad dressing, spoon it into a sauce, brine chicken before roasting, or simply add a dash to anything that could use a salty, olivey lift.
