Our Superior Olive Brine is cold filtered from Greek green olives, capturing their clean, salty and deeply savoury flavour. Add a splash to a Martini, shake it into a Bloody Mary or use it wherever a little briny depth is called for.
Away from the drinks cabinet, add it to salad dressings and sauces or use it to brine chicken before roasting. A small splash can sharpen and season a dish without overpowering it.
100% pure olive brine. Cold filtered and made to order with an eight week shelf life.
