Nocellara del Belice is a celebrated Sicilian olive variety, prized for its crisp bite, rounded flavour and vivid green colour. These olives are conveniently pitted and presented in a lightly salted brine, allowing their naturally gentle character to come through.
Serve them simply with drinks, add them to salads or scatter them over warm focaccia. Their generous size and firm flesh also make them particularly good for cooking.
