Nocellara del Belice olives are generously sized, with a firm first bite that gives way to soft, creamy flesh. Their flavour is mild, gently sweet and unmistakably buttery.

Kept whole and packed in lightly salted brine, they are particularly good served simply with cold drinks, cheeses and warm focaccia. Their vivid green colour also makes them a handsome addition to large salads and grazing tables.
