Small Spanish cornichons with a crisp bite and clean, vinegary sharpness. Made for pâté, charcuterie, cheese, sandwiches and eating straight from the jar.

Small, crisp and properly sharp.
These little Spanish gherkins bring a bright vinegary snap to anything rich, creamy or generously buttered. Put a few beside pâté, terrines, cheese or cured meats and they will quietly sharpen the whole plate.
Slice them into a salt beef sandwich, chop them through mayonnaise or tartare sauce, or scatter them over warm potatoes with herbs and a spoonful of mustard. They are particularly good with roast chicken and leftovers of almost any kind.
For a very good lunch, try them in our Ultimate Chicken Sandwich with Olives and Capers, where their acidity cuts neatly through the chicken, mayonnaise and buttered bread.
They are also rather difficult to resist straight from the jar.
