Format

Smoke, savoury spice and a satisfyingly crisp roast.

Peanuts, cashews and almonds are added to the kiln at different times, allowing each nut to roast exactly as it should. Once crisp and golden, they are tumbled with a smoky bacon style seasoning and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Originally created as a festive flavour, they proved far too popular to pack away with the decorations. We now make them throughout the year for drinks, parties and generous grazing tables.
