Sweet orange, soft shallot and a clean vinegary lift.
Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grape vinegar, honey, shallots, orange concentrate and zest. It is bright and gently sweet, with enough savoury depth and acidity to keep it useful far beyond the salad bowl.
Shake well before use, then spoon over couscous, warm potatoes, roast carrots or leafy salads. Use it to marinate chicken thighs, duck or prawns, or drizzle over roasted scallops just before serving.
