Sweet citrus with a savoury edge.

Orange concentrate and zest bring brightness, while shallots add a gentle savoury depth. A little honey softens the acidity and Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives the dressing a smooth, rounded finish.

Spoon it over leafy salads, couscous or warm grains. Use it to dress roasted carrots, fennel or new potatoes, or as a simple marinade for chicken, duck, pork or prawns.

It is particularly good in our Festive Slaw, where orange, cabbage and pomegranate are finished with a generous handful of Hot Honey Nuts.
