Pitted green and Kalamata olives marinaded in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with rosemary, red pepper and garlic. Fragrant, savoury and quietly warming.
Naturally fermented green and Kalamata olives, pitted and then left to marinade in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with rosemary, red pepper and garlic.
Rosemary brings its familiar woody fragrance, while red pepper adds sweetness and a gentle warmth. Serve them with roast lamb, grilled chicken, baked feta or warm focaccia, or simply open the jar and put them on the table.
Keep the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil once the olives have gone. Add a squeeze of lemon or a little vinegar and use it as a dressing or marinade.
