Whole mixed olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with rosemary, garlic and sun dried tomato.

A generous pouch of whole green and Kalamata olives, naturally fermented and then left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with rosemary, garlic and sun dried tomato. Fragrant and savoury, with the warmth of a Mediterranean kitchen.

We first enjoyed this combination in a small bar on a Greek island. It became one of our earliest recipes and has remained a firm favourite ever since.

Serve them with roast chicken, warm focaccia or a simple tomato salad, or place them in a generous bowl with something cool to drink. Once the olives are gone, keep the infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for roasting vegetables, marinades or warm bread.
