Peanuts, almonds and cashews are added to our hot air kiln in Dorset at carefully staggered times, allowing each nut to roast just as it should. We then tumble them with truffle salt for a deep, earthy savouriness.

Pour them into a bowl with drinks, tuck the pouch into a picnic, or open whenever the moment calls for something rather special.
