Colossal Greek green olives, naturally fermented and hand stuffed with a whole garlic clove. Packed in a light brine with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, they are crisp, juicy and unapologetically full of garlic.

The garlic is softened before stuffing, giving it a rounded savoury sweetness rather than a harsh raw bite. Cold brining preserves the natural freshness and firm texture of the olives, while allowing the garlic flavour to settle gently into them.

Serve them with drinks, add them to salads or put them alongside grilled meat, roasted vegetables and warm bread. They are also particularly good chopped and stirred through warm potatoes with parsley and a little of the liquid from the jar.
