A summary Italian inspired Tapenade bursting with green olives, capers, herbs and garlic- lifted by lemon juice, with a hint of chilli.
What am I?
Originating from the South of France, Tapenade is traditionally made with black olives, but this Tapenade has a twist being made with green olives, capers, vibrant herbs and a zesty lemon kick, with a hint of chilli to finish.
Named Vivo Verde - "lively green" - For its bright and Olively spirit : a tapenade that practically dances with colour and Mediterranean energy in every spoonful.
How to enjoy it:
Spread it, spoon it, or crown your chicken and fish with it - this punchy Tapenade plays well with everything, from dishes to sneaky straight-from-the-jar moments.
