Ingredients
- Red onions, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Garlic cloves, crushed
- Olive oil for frying
- OEA Salsa Porcini
- Sourdough bread, toasted, drizzled with olive oil and rubbed with garlic
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan, grated
