We make this fresh, citrusy oil by infusing Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon. The lemon lifts the oil without overwhelming it, giving a clean, fragrant finish that works in both savoury and sweet dishes.

Drizzle it over grilled fish, roast vegetables or a Greek salad. Stir it through couscous, use it in a dressing or mix it with one of our spice blends to make a quick marinade for chicken, fish or vegetables.
