Raw & Hot Chipotle Chilli Sauce

Deeply smoky, savoury and gently warming, this is a chilli sauce made for those who prefer flavour to outright fire.

Fermented chipotle chillies bring their distinctive smoke and mellow heat, while preserved lemon adds brightness. Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives the sauce body and richness, with honey, shallots, cumin and smoked paprika rounding everything out.

Brush it over chicken, pork or vegetables as they come from the barbecue. Spoon it beside grilled sausages, stir it through mayonnaise for burgers, or use it to bring warmth to marinades and roasted vegetables. It is particularly good with melted cheese, where the smoke and acidity cut neatly through the richness.

Made raw and fermented, using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and no seed oils.
