Crisp little cornichons with a warm, peppery edge.
These small gherkins are pickled with chilli, dill and pink peppercorns. Sharp and crunchy at first, they finish with a gentle warmth and a delicate floral note from the peppercorns.
Put them beside hard cheese, pâté, salami or cold roast meats. Chop them into potato salad, tuck them into a generous sandwich or serve them alongside sausages and grilled meats.
Their chilli warmth is particularly good with melted cheese. Try them beside our Ultimate Cheese Toasty for a sharp, crunchy contrast.
