Format

The essence of Greek grilling.

A fragrant Greek inspired blend of sweet pepper, oregano, garlic, cumin, coriander and cracked pepper.

Souvlaki means little skewer in Greek. Traditionally, pieces of pork or chicken are marinated, threaded onto skewers and grilled over charcoal until golden and smoky at the edges.

Stir the blend into Lemon Olive Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a squeeze of lemon, then use it generously over chicken, pork or lamb. It is equally good with fish, prawns, courgettes and peppers. Leave everything to marinate for an hour or two, then cook over hot coals or beneath the grill.

Serve with warm flatbread, chopped tomatoes, crisp salad and plenty of tzatziki.
