The proper way to serve olives.
There is something quietly satisfying about serving olives as they are enjoyed throughout the Mediterranean. The fruit in one place, the oil in another, ready to be enjoyed in equal measure.
Hand thrown in the South West of England, our Olive Bowl has been thoughtfully designed to separate olives from their richly flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Simply pour the contents of your jar into the upper draining bowl and allow the oil to filter through into the bowl beneath. Once drained, lift the olive bowl onto its accompanying plate – the third piece in the set – leaving the bowl of fragrant Extra Virgin Olive Oil free to be enjoyed for dipping warm bread, dressing salads, marinating vegetables and meat, or wherever a little extra flavour is called for.
No oil is wasted. Every drop is worth keeping.
Available in a rich Olive Green glaze or a timeless Natural Cream finish, each bowl is individually hand thrown, making every piece subtly unique. Beautifully crafted for aperitivo, long lunches and leisurely suppers, it's a simple ritual that transforms a humble bowl of olives into something worth lingering over.
