Our sauces begin with naturally fermented chillies, blended with preserved lemon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The fermentation brings depth, the lemon a lively edge and the oil a rounded richness. No seed oils.

Pair them with Adana, Shawarma and Souvlaki spice blends for lamb chops, chicken skewers, slow roasted vegetables and generous marinades. Stir the spices into yoghurt or Extra Virgin Olive Oil before cooking, then spoon a little sauce alongside whatever comes from the grill.
